Jim,

I just wanted to let you know how pleased we have been with the house you constructed for us 2 years ago to the day. As well, we have received numerous compliments from our neighbors who have walked by and told us what a beautiful home it is.

You took a lot of the anxiety out of building a new home. We always heard horror stories about people who built a home and were very dissatisfied with the builder and the way they interacted with them. We loved that you wanted us there while everything was being built to make sure it was to our liking and satisfaction. You didn't make us feel that we were intruding if we came over to see the progress you were making. You made us feel at ease and actually made building a house a lot of fun. We appreciated that you were always on site making sure that everything was going smoothly. I've heard from several people that their builders were never there and that it was hard to get questions answered if they had any. I'd also like to recognize that the local contractors you work with are extremely professional and easy to work with. Their quality workmanship is evident throughout our house. They were also very willing to help in any way they could.

It is for the above reasons that you made our building experience a pleasurable one. We would both like to thank you for building such a wonderful quality home. We have and will continue to recommend you as a builder.
